Pet Guide

Have you seen some Chotopians walking around with weird little objects by their side that say super random phrases? They're Pets - and if you want one just like them, I'm going to show you how it's done!

First off you're going to want to head on over to Location Eco. Just load up the Map and look for the building shown below.

Once there you want to head into the Eco Shop which is located on the right hand side of the screen.

Next you should see a Chotopian playing with all the Pets to the right of the screen. This is the Pets Constructor which allows you to create your own personalised Pet.

Once you click him it will load the following screen:

This is the Pets Constructor page. There are five main groups of selections that you can choose. These are Body, Head, Face, Arms and Legs. Go ahead and create your Pet exactly how you like it, be sure to use the Colour Picker on the right to change the Primary and Secondary colours. Once done, pick a name at the bottom and then press Buy a Pet!

Your Pet will now be created and sent to your Home. Head there to view it and if you're a Citizen you can take your Pet for a walk to show to all your friends!

This next part is a little complicated so please be sure to read all of it in order to understand how to make the most of your Pet. The concept is pretty simple to understand: Unhappy Pets will run away. So, what can you do to prevent this? Let me explain.

On the Pets playercard you will see a Happiness level (bottom) and a Food and Sleep level (top).

Your main aim at this stage is to get your Pet's purple Happiness Level bar all the way up to the heart icon.

The easiest way to go about doing this you will need to play with your Pet a lot. Each time you play with your Pet it will start to get tired and hungry so you will need to buy a lot of Food.

Head back to the Eco Shop and look for the Food Catalog which is on the bottom left.

Open it up and look for the below food item:

Buy as much of this as you can and head back to your Pet.

Now for the slightly boring part... You have to play with your Pet until it becomes tired and hungry. Once it's tired and hungry you need to feed it until it's full and then you need to let it rest until that bar is full as well.

Rinse and repeat the feeding, playing and resting steps for a while and the purple Happiness Level bar should now be full (on the heart icon) - this now means your Pet will never run away.

This also means you no longer need to feed it, play with it or rest it. It requires no more attention and you can walk it forever and it won't get tired again!

That's it. You now have your very own, very happy Pet! :)
